Margot Carter, Corporate Attorney turned AI founder and Board member

Today, we're going to be talking with Margot Carter about life as an attorney and how she transitioning into AI technology.

Talking to Margot helped me feel less stressed about picking a career because she shared how you don't have to do one thing for the rest of your life.  She reinvented herself and went from a law firm to corporate attorney to starting her own business in AI and being on a number of corporate boards. Talk about impressive and she was SO nice!

I loved how she started her current company Cien by brainstorming with her co-founders and learned that all companies have messy data in their CRM (customer relationship management) software and need help cleaning it up.

This type of technology will make entry-level jobs in the future more fun because jr. employees won't be the ones doing this kind of boring
clean-up work! Thank goodness for AI!
